The Food
What makes Korean fried chicken different?
Two things: the double-frying technique and the glaze. The double-fry removes moisture from the skin, creating an incredibly thin, shatter-crisp shell that doesn't get soggy. The glaze is brushed on by hand instead of dunking the chicken, which preserves the crunch.
How spicy is the Spicy Gochujang?
It has a solid kick, but it's not going to ruin your meal. It's a sweet heat that builds over time. If you want something genuinely intense, go for the Korean Fire (but you have to sign a waiver). You can check out our Heat Scale for more details.
Is your chicken bone-in or boneless?
Both. Our Wings and Drumsticks are bone-in (as they should be). Our Strips are boneless tenders. The K-Chicken Sandwich uses a boneless thigh filet.
Do you have vegetarian options?
We have Pickled Daikon and Kimchi Fries (though the kimchi contains fish sauce). We are actively testing a mushroom-based meatless chicken alternative, but it's not on the menu yet.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does pickup take?
Because we double-fry everything to order, it takes about 15–20 minutes. On Friday and Saturday nights, it might be closer to 25 minutes. You'll get a text when it's ready.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 5-mile radius of Athol center, including Orange, Phillipston, and parts of Royalston. Minimum order for delivery is $25.
Can I pay online?
Not currently. You can build your cart and place the order online, but you'll pay when you pick it up or when it's delivered. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and cash.

How does the Crunch Club work?
It's simple. Every order earns one stamp. Once you get 10 stamps, your next small wings or drumsticks are free. No app required — just give your phone number at the register. Join here.
Do you cater events?
Absolutely. We do everything from 15-person office lunches to 300-person weddings. We bring the fryers on-site for large events so the chicken is as fresh as possible. Check out our K-Party Catering page.
