We only collect what we need to feed you and run the business:

• Order Details: Name, phone number, email, delivery address (if applicable), order items, and special requests.
• Form Submissions: If you contact us, apply for a job, or request catering, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, message).
• Crunch Club: Name, email, phone, and your favorite sauce (optional) to track your rewards.
• Technical Data: IP address and browser type (collected automatically by our server for security and spam prevention).
• Local Storage: Your cart items and cookie preferences are stored in your browser, not on our servers.

3. How we use your data

• To cook and prepare your order.
• To contact you about your order (e.g., if we're out of an item or your food is ready).
• To manage your Crunch Club rewards.
• To respond to your messages, applications, or catering requests.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tracking).

• Essential Cookies: Used to keep your cart working and remember if you selected pickup or delivery.
• Consent Cookie: Remembers if you clicked "Accept" or "Essential Only" on our cookie banner.

5. How we store your data

Form submissions and orders are stored securely on our web server in JSON format. This data is not publicly accessible and is only viewed by authorized Seoul Crunch staff (management and kitchen leads) to fulfill your orders and requests.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Ever. We only share it with:

• Delivery drivers (if you choose delivery) — they only get your name, address, and phone number.
• Law enforcement, if required by a valid legal request.

7. Data Retention

We keep order records for 24 months for tax and accounting purposes. Job applications are kept for 12 months. Contact form messages are kept for 24 months. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what data we have on you, request a copy, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@bonchicks.info and we'll handle it within 30 days.

9. Changes to this Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If it's a major change, we'll put a note on the homepage.
