The rules for using our site and ordering our food.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing bonchicks.info or ordering food from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Online Ordering
Our website allows you to build a cart and submit an order request. This is not a finalized contract until we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline any order if:
- Items are out of stock.
- We are too busy to handle the volume.
- The delivery address is outside our radius.
- We suspect fraud or misuse.
4. No Online Payment
We do not process credit cards on this website. All orders placed online are marked "Pay at Pickup" or "Pay on Delivery." We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets at the restaurant or at your door.
5. Pricing and Availability
All prices shown are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice. We try to keep the website accurate, but occasionally something might be out of date. If there's a massive pricing error, we'll contact you before charging you.
6. Delivery and Pickup
Pickup: Your order is held for 2 hours after the agreed time. If you don't pick it up, we can't offer a refund.
Delivery: We deliver within a 5-mile radius of Athol center. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic and weather can mess with the best plans.
7. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, and fish. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. If you have a life-threatening allergy, you are responsible for calling us at +1 (978) 249-8400 before ordering.
8. Crunch Club Rewards
The Crunch Club program is free. We reserve the right to cancel the program or change the rules (e.g., points expiring) with 30 days notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
9. Intellectual Property
The design, text, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by Seoul Crunch. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seoul Crunch is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from your use of this website or our food. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Worcester County, MA.
